The renowned luxury department store Harvey Nichols has been acquired by the Frasers Group, the company owned by Mike Ashley, also known for Sports Direct. This acquisition includes the six physical Harvey Nichols locations, among them the flagship store in Knightsbridge, along with the international franchise operations.

Julia Goddard, CEO of Harvey Nichols, described the acquisition as “an important milestone” that offers a robust foundation for the company’s future development. She reflected on the progress made over the past year in revitalizing the brand, investing in the flagship store, expanding its customer base, and reinforcing its distinctive identity
