Authorities have detained two individuals following an incident in which protesters gained unauthorized access to the premises of a defence technology company in Aberdeenshire. The event took place at the Ultra I&C facility located on Prospect Road in Westhill.
Police Scotland responded to the scene shortly after 09:40 on Sunday morning. Prior to the arrival of law enforcement, video footage circulated on social media platforms, revealing acts of vandalism and spray painting inside the building.
A spokesperson for the police confirmed that two suspects, aged 39 and 18, were taken into custody. Investigations into the matter are still underway as authorities continue to gather information.
