A 17-year-old boy has been formally charged with attempted murder following a stabbing incident at a golf course in Staffordshire. The victim, a man in his 60s, was knifed along a public footpath running through Stafford Castle golf course on May 14. Authorities have identified the charged suspect as a white male of Bulgarian nationality, though his name is being withheld for legal reasons.
