The belief that helps me through bad times …

… is to remember that however bad it gets, things will get better. All bad things pass. I’ve had some really dark times, which have been awful, but I’m stronger and more resilient. I know that however bad things seem, it will pass.

… to live well and live properly. To live truthfully and without compromise, with kindness, honesty and compassion. Both to myself and others. I also want to be the best I can be.
