Following the investigation into the fatal burglary at his home, two men have been charged with the murder of 72-year-old Stephen Ridgeway, who passed away in hospital five weeks following the attack. Wayne Milsom, 49, and Ryan Robbins, 33, were both charged with the crime and appeared at Bristol Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday. The two men were remanded in custody until a subsequent hearing on Friday at Bristol Crown Court.
Police have asked any potential witnesses who have any relevant information about the incident to come forward and talk to the authorities.
Both of the accused men have been charged with murder, in connection with the early morning burglary at Mr Ridgeway’s home on Tenby Road, Keynsham, which resulted in his tragic death. However, no details have been provided as to how anyone was aware of Mr. Ridgeway’s possession prior to forcing entry to his home.
