Mopreme Shakur has recently stated that the reason behind the unsolved murder of his brother Tupac Shakur, was solely due to his race. According to the new interview given to Sky News, it was stated that Pac was a young black male and therefore faced several legal challenges in the country concerning equal justice. He further stated that it is just the reality of the beast in the United States and the challenges faced by individuals.

Earlier this month, a man named Duane “Keefe D” Davis has been arrested in connection with Tupac’s murder, who was shot four times in a drive-by shooting that took place 27 years ago in 1996, and that resulted in his eventual death. The Las Vegas police made the arrest of a man named Duane “Keefe D” Davis, who was long considered a person of interest in the case, on the morning of Friday, September 29th.

Mopreme Shakur expressed his surprise over the arrest of Durane “Keefe D” Davis, stating that he was shocked and taken aback by the sudden turn in events. He has also expressed his doubts over the sincerity of the police and whether they will go all the way and get all the accomplices. He fears that the law officials might proceed to handle the case improperly if they do not look into all the connections of the case.

The accused Davis is allegedly the shot-caller in the murder and was stated to handle the firearm that resulted in Tupac’s untimely death. He had to appear in court for the murder case for the first time on the 4th of October. Mopreme Shakur has stressed upon receiving accountability at the earliest, stating that even after 27 years of the tragic incident, it would be a shame for them if the job wasn’t done properly, meaning beyond doubt that all the connections must undergo thorough inspection to get total justice
