Over 40 firefighters responded to a blaze reported at a bar located in the center of Glasgow. The incident prompted a significant emergency response, with the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service receiving the alert shortly after 14:40 on Sunday.
A total of nine fire engines were deployed to the scene by the early evening, demonstrating the scale of the effort to control the situation. Photographs from the location revealed that sections of Renfield Street and West Regent Street had been sealed off by the authorities.
Firefighting teams were seen assembled outside two establishments, the Bistro and Maltman bars, as they worked to manage the fire. Fortunately, there have been no reports of injuries connected to the incident.
