Former heavyweight boxing champion Tyson Fury has revealed his intention to invite the US president to lead his ringwalk ahead of his highly anticipated clash with Anthony Joshua. Earlier this year, Fury and the president met during UFC Freedom 250, an event held at the White House in June. During his visit to the United States, Fury donned a cap that read “Donald Trump for Prime Minister,” a gesture made after the then-president lifted the US travel ban affecting him.

Speaking about the invitation, Fury said, “I’ll definitely make that offer to my old buddy, old pal, and we’ll see if he’s available.” However, the 38-year-old acknowledged the challenges involved, adding, “Probably unlikely because of the situation he’s in at the moment, being the President of the United States.”
