He won Best Lead Actor in a Limited Series for his role in the psychological thriller *The Beast In Me*, as well as Best Lead Actor in a Comedy for *Widow’s Bay*. This remarkable achievement left his family in awe, with his sister Rachel Evans describing the week as a surreal experience where they “had been pinching ourselves all week.”
Rachel, who accompanied Matthew to the ceremony in Los Angeles, shared the excitement of the event and the star-studded atmosphere, admitting she felt starstruck amidst the Hollywood elite.
