Patrick is currently in custody in Travis County and is expected to be charged with murder. Ferguson commented that she had spoken with Chapman a couple of months earlier, and she seemed to be in good spirits.
The Duchess expressed her support to the family and noted she would donate for the expenses of transporting Chapman’s body back to New York City, where her loved ones will conduct a funeral.
