Jeremy Clarkson has publicly disclosed that he has been diagnosed with cancer, revealing the news during a recent episode of his farming documentary series. The announcement came in the latest season of Clarkson’s Farm, which was filmed during 2024 and 2025, although the exact timing of the recorded segments remains unclear.
In the show, Clarkson, aged 66, shares the diagnosis with his regular farming assistants Kaleb Cooper and Charlie Ireland, who react with visible surprise. While he did not specify the exact nature of the cancer, Clarkson described it as “aggressive” and mentioned that part of his prostate had been surgically removed as part of the treatment. He explained, “I disappeared off the other week and I had a biopsy, and it is cancer, and it’s aggressive, but it’s really early.” He also revealed that he had known about the condition since May and reassured his colleagues, stating, “I promise I’ll be fine,” although he anticipated being “out of action for a little while.”
Prior to the release of the final two episodes of the series, Clarkson took to Instagram to warn his followers that the upcoming episodes would be challenging to watch. Health concerns have been a recurring theme in the fifth series of Clarkson’s Farm, which opened with Clarkson discussing a heart procedure he underwent in October 2024. He detailed being fitted with a stent, a device used to open narrowed or blocked arteries to improve blood flow.
