An act of heroism unfolded as an 11-year-old boy, Olly, saved his two-year-old sister from a dangerous firework, earning him the title of “superhero” in the eyes of his mother. During a Bonfire Night display in Pontypool, Torfaen, Olly took quick action by pushing his sister Daisy out of harm’s way as the firework veered off course towards the crowd. Despite sustaining burns to his head, neck, and hands, Olly’s selfless act prevented a potential disaster.
