Each poignant story in the project is accompanied by a specially commissioned poem, such as this one by Jay Hulme:
As I dig into the soil,

The earth is the keeper of memory,
And in her I hold my being, steadfast.

Of nurturing land for future’s glory
Together, they’re growing more than crops
