A flamingo named Frankie has made a daring escape from Paradise Park in Hayle, Cornwall. Despite having clipped feathers, the young flamingo managed to flee the walled garden at the sanctuary on Sunday morning. Staff at the park were surprised to discover Frankie missing and began efforts to locate the runaway bird.
