Derry: Europe's biggest Halloween festival to end in style

Europe’s largest Halloween carnival reached its grand finale, drawing thousands of spectators to the city of Londonderry. The streets were packed with visitors as the parade kicked off promptly at 19:00 GMT on Friday night.
