However, the situation took a positive turn when his father Brian, living in Prestonpans, East Lothian, generously offered to donate his kidney for Kieran’s well-being.
Following the successful kidney transplant, both Kieran and Brian express their joy and gratitude for their strengthened bond and improved quality of life. Brian, a seasoned BBC Scotland cameraman, has resumed work after an eight-week recovery period post-surgery.
