Tarah Welsh, a Housing Correspondent, recently shared the harrowing story of Danielle and her three children, who have been forced to move four times in the last nine months due to becoming homeless after receiving a section 21 “no fault” eviction order from their landlord. The local council has been able to provide temporary housing for them in a shared house and hotel rooms, but Danielle expressed her doubts about the possibility of getting a council house anytime soon. Moving multiple times has taken a toll on Danielle and her children, disrupting their lives and forcing them to adapt to new environments constantly. The hope now rests on the prospect of a permanent home providing security and stability for her children’s future
