Colour Factory, Venue MOT and Corsica Studios to host Palestine fundraisers this bank holiday weekend

This weekend, London nightclubs Colour Factory, Venue MOT, and Corsica Studios will be hosting separate fundraising parties to support Palestinian aid charities. Colour Factory will host INTERVENTION & DISSENTIENTZ. presents AGITATE, featuring sets from re:ni, Karlie Marx, Ifeoluwa, and more, with funds directed to aid organizations in Gaza and support for activists in the UK on Saturday, May 24. Corsica Studios will also host its Palestine Relief Fundraiser on the same day to raise money for the Sameer Project and War Child.

The party at Corsica Studios will feature artists who have withdrawn from participation in this weekend’s Field Day festival due to boycott calls over its parent company KKR’s investments. Artists like Regularfantasy, Dresden, Sarahtonin, Ariane V, and Spray will be performing. On Sunday, Sisu Crew has partnered with Venue MOT for STRIKEFEST, a “bank holiday boycott special” event that is free to attend but allows attendees to donate to its strike fund at the door.

Many artists scheduled to perform at Corsica Studios’ Palestine Relief Fundraiser, as well as AGITATE at Colour Factory and STRIKEFEST at Venue MOT, have withdrawn from Field Day and other Superstruct/KKR-owned events. These withdrawals include Sisu Crew artists who were initially set to host a stage at the Brockwell Park-based festival. Tickets for the fundraising events can be purchased through the respective links provided.
