Initiative seeks residents with business ideas to address local health and care challenges.

Local residents in Liverpool who have innovative business ideas to tackle health or care challenges in their community are encouraged to attend an information session hosted by Liverpool City Council’s Business Support Service in collaboration with Citizen First LCR. This session will introduce a new start-up support program currently open for applications. The event is scheduled for Tuesday, April 15th, from 11am to 12:30pm at the Cunard Building in Liverpool City Centre, specifically on the 6th Floor of Water Street, Liverpool L3 1AH. A unique opportunity awaits as Citizen First LCR is offering eight talented locals the chance to receive a full-time salary, seed funding, and extensive support to bring their business ideas to life. The application process is simple, with only a few basic questions required and no need for a CV. Renowned speakers, including James Green, the Founder and CEO of Public Life, will be present to share their insights. Citizen First LCR forms a vital part of the Liverpool City Region Life Sciences Innovation Zone Programme, introducing Public Life’s Citizen Incubator model to Liverpool for the first time.
