The legal claims include charges of negligence, unlawful harassment, misfeasance in public office, breach of privacy rights, breach of confidence, and data protection violations.
In a statement released by her husband Rob Doyle, he expressed deep dismay over the distressful impact of the treatment his wife endured at the hands of S4C and the former chairman.
