BLOND:ISH becomes first-ever female resident at Ibiza’s Pacha

Pacha Ibiza announced today that BLOND:ISH will be its first-ever female resident, more than 50 years after the venue first opened its doors on the White Isle. The Canadian DJ and producer will perform at the club every Wednesday for 11 weeks this summer. Pacha Ibiza opened its doors in 1973 and has only introduced male residents over the years. The roster of Pacha’s influential residents has included Swedish House Mafia to Solomun, CamelPhat, and many more.

BLOND:ISH’s residency, starting from May 21st until July 30th, will feature her ‘Abracadabra’ party, which is “a grassroots movement, a community, and a foundation with a sustainable ethos.” The residency is a dream come true for the artist who has been going to Ibiza since she was 17 years old. She says that energy is everything, and she’s looking forward to bringing fresh energy to the island.

In January, Pacha shared details of its 2025 opening weekend set to kick off on April 25th. This year’s opening events will have artists like Solomun, Purple Disco Machine, and ANOTR in attendance with more acts yet to be announced. Pacha recently turned 50, and to commemorate the anniversary, the club launched a book titled “Pacha Ibiza: 50 Years of Bliss”, which features five decades of the club’s history, behind-the-scenes stories, and never-seen-before images.

“It’s something you need to experience in person on Wednesdays at Pacha Ibiza with Abracadabra”, says BLOND:ISH. She is excited to bring fresh energy to the island with her unique residency at Pacha Ibiza and become a part of the club’s 50 years of history
