Grenfell Tower: Plan to dismantle block 'unforgivable', families say

The decision to dismantle Grenfell Tower to ground level has been met with strong opposition from survivors and families of the 72 people who lost their lives in the fire that took place in 2017. Deputy Prime Minister, Angela Rayner, made the announcement during a meeting on Wednesday, amidst a great deal of controversy. The spokesperson condemned the action, stating that the decision to ignore the views of the bereaved on the future of our loved ones’ gravesite was “disgraceful and unforgivable”.
