The legal battle between the Duke of Sussex and the Sun newspaper has finally come to an end. The publisher of the Sun newspaper has agreed to pay the Duke of Sussex “substantial damages” and issued an apology for the illegal activities carried out by its private investigators.
NGN, the publisher of the Sun, confirmed that there were “incidents of unlawful activity” carried out by its private investigators between 1996 and 2011.
