Nicolas Bougaïeff has released his new five-track EP, titled ‘EP3’, on NovaMute. The record showcases the experimental production approach of the Berlin-based artist, who hails from Canada and holds a PhD in minimal techno. The EP features Bougaïeff’s unique use of polytemporality, incorporating a wide range of sounds from atmospheric pads and icy synths to wonky melodies and hypnotic textures.
