Fred again, also known as Fred Gibson, has announced his “places we’ve never been” tour in North America. There will be a total of 14 shows as part of the tour, kicking off in Denver and hitting cities such as Salt Lake City, Seattle, Minneapolis, and many more. The tour will conclude in October with dates in Atlanta and Fort Worth. However, the artist has assured fans that the list of cities is not yet finalized and that they will add more shows.
This announcement comes after the British musician shared details about his upcoming album titled “ten days,” which will be released on September 6. The 10-track LP will feature a star-studded lineup of artists such as Obongjayar, Jozzy, Jim Legxacy, Sampha, Four Tet, and Skrillex, among others. The tour will start just five days after the album’s release.
While Fred again has had massive success in the US, with sold-out shows in California and New York, including a sold-out show at Madison Square Garden with Skrillex and Four Tet last year, the “places we’ve never been” tour will mark his first time playing across the continent. Before the tour, Fred again will perform at various festivals in Europe and the UK, including Pukkelpop in Belgium, Lowlands in The Netherlands, and Reading and Leeds Festivals.
