Lauryn Hill and The Fugees have just announced additional dates for their upcoming ‘Miseducation Anniversary’ tour, much to the delight of fans. The concert tour is set to take place this fall in the UK and Europe, and this announcement comes after the initial tour was revealed last month, including two shows in the UK, with one in Manchester and the other at The O2 in London. The shows will feature Hill performing tracks from her classic 1998 solo album, The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill, and joining forces with the Fugees for songs from their beloved 1996 album, The Score.
The concert tour begins in Tampa on August 9th, with eighteen US shows to follow before heading across the Atlantic for the Manchester show on October 12th. The European leg has been expanded further due to unusually high fan demand, with extra dates set for Dublin, Cardiff and additional shows in Cologne, Paris, Antwerp, Stockholm, Berlin, and Hamburg. Presale tickets for the new UK and Ireland shows will available on Wednesday, with general sales beginning on Friday at 10 a.m. local time.

However, she has since performed a handful of successful shows across February, March, and April of this year, including a slot at Coachella. On the other hand, Fugees canceled their planned tour in January to celebrate the 25th anniversary of their album ‘The Score’ due to the continued Covid pandemic making touring conditions difficult. Recently, Pras Michel, a member of the Fugees, was convicted of his involvement in a billion-dollar money laundering scheme and that was reportedly a major reason for the cancellation of the Fugees’ anniversary tour
