The Cambridge Folk Festival has once again attracted thousands of music fans to one of England’s most prestigious events. Established in 1965, the festival brings in an average of 14,000 people between Thursday and Sunday each year.
This year’s lineup included a headline performance from Robert Plant, who showcased his folk-inspired material, reminiscent of his work with the legendary band Led Zeppelin. Plant’s set featured backing vocals from singer Suzi Dian, part of the group Saving Grace.
Despite some intermittent rain, the festival has seen mostly dry conditions at Cherry Hinton Hall, the site of the event.
