Scottish alternative rock band, Twin Atlantic, have dropped a new single titled ‘Meltdown’ from their upcoming seventh album with the same title. The band’s lead singer, Sam McTrusty, described the track as “raw and honest”, reflecting on the difficulties of the past year and how everyone’s going through some form of meltdown. Co-produced by McTrusty and bassist Ross McNae, the album reportedly marks a “return to form” for Twin Atlantic, featuring 11 tracks of “infectious, masterful pop-rock” that balances nostalgia with optimism and looks to the future.
