Cromby, a rising star in the music industry, is set to release his debut EP ‘House Flava’ on August 1 under the prestigious imprint Big Saldo’s Chunkers. The EP comprises four tracks, each boasting a unique musical identity. Its lead single, ‘Pump It’, accompanied the EP’s release. The single has already garnered an overwhelmingly positive response from music lovers worldwide, including Job Jobse and Bambounou.
The EP features Cromby’s debut vocal performance on ‘Free’, the third track. The vocalist reflects on the song’s relevance to current events, stating, “I didn’t realise at the time of writing how fitting the lyrics would be for our times unfortunately.” ‘House Flava’, the second track on the EP, is an atmospheric roller, while the final track, ‘Best Not Miss’, is a hoover-led musical masterpiece reminiscent of the late ’90s trade.
The head of the Big Saldo’s Chunkers label, Sally C, felt honoured to be releasing Cromby’s music. Despite their close friendship, Sally C maintains that Cromby is among the most talented artists in the industry, and his music has earned him a reputation as a genuine and true craftsman. She remarked that the EP is nothing short of Cromby’s excellence, fitting on the label like a glove, and Cromby on Chunkers just bursts with energy and life.
