ASTRO’s Yoon Sanha to make his solo debut in August

Fantagio has confirmed that ASTRO’s Yoon Sanha will be making his solo debut next month. The label announced that he is currently working on his first solo album and is aiming to release it in early August, according to Osen. Sanha will be the second member of ASTRO to pursue a solo career after Cha Eun-woo, who made his debut with his mini-album ‘Entity’ and its title track ‘Stay’.

Sanha has been a part of ASTRO since the band’s formation in 2016. In 2020, he and the late Moonbin debuted as a duo with their mini-album ‘In-Out’. They later released ‘Refuge’ and ‘Incense’ before Moonbin’s passing in April 2023. Sanha, Cha Eun-woo, JinJin, and MJ renewed their contracts with the agency while original member Rocky departed following the expiry of his contract.

ASTRO’s last release was their 2022 studio album ‘Drive To The Starry Road’, which included the title track ‘Candy Sugar Pop’. Meanwhile, rookie boyband ALL(H)OURS made their comeback this week with their second mini-album ‘Witness’ and its lead single ‘Shock’ following their debut with ‘All Yours’.
