Glastonbury 2024: Shania Twain addresses Harry Styles speculation ahead of Pyramid Stage set

Shania Twain is gearing up for her headline Glastonbury 2024 set this Sunday (June 30). She promises to make her performance epic with “all the hits.” The singer gave an exclusive feature to The Sun and shared that the door is open for Harry Styles to join her onstage, following her appearance at his Coachella 2022 set. “I was Harry’s guest at Coachella so if he attends Glastonbury, then I will make him come up with me. If he attends, that is,” she tells The Sun.

However, she cautions that she has no idea if Styles is in the area: “If he’s not here, it’s really hard to get in there to just show up so I’m not going to hold it against him,” she adds.

After Glastonbury, Twain will perform a headlining show at London’s BST Hyde Park 2024 on July 7. Other acts confirmed for the summer festival include The Corrs, Anne-Marie and Natalie Imbruglia.

Last year, Twain released her sixth studio album ‘Queen of Me’. She reveals to The Sun that her seventh album is due for release sometime next year. In a 2023 interview with NME, Twain had already shared hopes to perform at Glastonbury Festival, following the steps of past headliners Dolly Parton and Willie Nelson.

“I’ve never seen a Coldplay show, even though I’ve sung with Chris Martin,” Twain added to The Sun. She also shared with the publication that she intends to spend the weekend at the festival checking out the grounds incognito. She’s also looking forward to watching Coldplay perform for the first time. “I am going to see some of the festival, as I have never been before,” she says. “I am told I will love it.
