Watch Jane’s Addiction bring out Tom Morello to perform ‘Mountain Song’ and ‘Chip Away’ in Germany

Tom Morello has joined Jane’s Addiction on stage during their tour in Germany. The LA band is currently on a tour in the UK and Europe, where they stopped off in Cologne on Tuesday 25th June. Morello surprised the audience by going on stage with Jane’s Addiction and duetting two of their songs, ‘Mountain Song’ taken from their 1988 debut album ‘Nothing’s Shocking’ and ‘Chip Away.’ Morello, who recently appeared at Download Festival played ‘Mountain Song’ first and then later returned for their final performance to play ‘Chip Away.’ Click here to watch their performances.

The collaboration with Morello is part of their eight-year return to the UK and Europe headline tour. Their Cologne gig also saw Rage Against The Machine guitarist Morello taking part in their set. “So my new single, ‘Soldier In The Army Of Love’ is the first song from what will be my first ever solo rock album. It’s a collaboration with my 13-year-old son, Roman. During the pandemic, while the rest of us were baking bread and trying to learn a language, he was practising guitar for eight hours a day” Morello said in a recent interview.
