The Glastonbury Festival for the year 2024 has finally begun as the doors have now been opened to the public. Ticketholders have arrived and entered the festival site since 4pm yesterday, and the gates officially opened at 8am this morning. Emily Eavis, the organiser of the festival, was present to welcome the festival-goers as they enter the grounds. An iconic Rocky theme song was played as Eavis walked towards the gate before a countdown was made, followed by Eavis announcing “Welcome to Glastonbury!”
