Laurent Garnier’s label, COD3 QR, is releasing a new collaborative project featuring DJ Deep, Avision, and Deetron. The upcoming release includes tracks from each of the artists that were previously released as singles back in March of this year. The vinyl-only six-track project is set to be released on June 21 and marks the first vinyl-only release on Garnier’s imprint. The tracks were personally selected by Garnier, maintaining the label’s ethos of “Music diversity is our strength!”
Avision, a New York scene stalwart, will showcase his signature New York-influenced techno and house sound in his tracks ‘Hold No Groove’ and ‘Talk Is Cheap’. Deetron, with over 20 years in the DJ and production scene, offers a more classic techno sound with his contributions to the EP ‘Pulse’ and the “deeper” ‘Corazon’. The project is completed by DJ Deep, who will follow up the hit release of ‘What’s Going On’ with the hypnotic track entitled ‘Transition’.
COD3 QR was founded in 2018 by the renowned French DJ and producer Laurent Garnier. The label has been known to release a diverse range of music across the electronic music genre, from techno to house. This collaboration follows a string of successful releases on the label, including tracks from Octave One, Scan X, and more.
