Janet Jackson announces second London show with Wyclef Jean on 2024 ‘Together Again’ tour

Janet Jackson has announced a second show with Wyclef Jean on her ‘Together Again’ tour in London later this year. The tour will be making stops in ten cities throughout Europe and will include opening support from Nelly during June and July as a part of the US leg of the tour. The ‘Together Again’ tour marks Jackson’s first appearance in the UK since her performance at Glastonbury in 2019. The upcoming shows will provide fans with the opportunity to witness Jackson celebrate her 50th anniversary in entertainment while focusing on her 1989 album ‘Rhythm Nation 1814’.

The music icon will start her European journey in Paris at the Accor Arena on September 25 and will go on to perform in Birmingham, London, Glasgow, and Manchester before returning to mainland Europe. The tour will conclude on October 10 at the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam. The new London date will be on September 29, one day after the original London show. Fans can look forward to experiencing Jackson perform some of her biggest hits and lesser-known tracks throughout the tour.

Jackson took to Twitter to announce the second London show after the first sold out, expressing her gratitude towards fans. You can buy tickets for the ‘Together Again’ tour through Ticketmaster. NME reviewed Jackson’s Glastonbury performance back in 2019, declaring it a “pop megamix and a stadium production”, with Jackson creating her own “new legends slot instead: a full-scale dance production with stage set crammed into a 50 minute slot at the arse end of Saturday afternoon.”

Jackson’s ‘Together Again’ tour has already kicked off, showcasing her hits and rarities in Florida earlier this month. The European leg of her tour is highly anticipated, with Jackson’s fans eagerly awaiting her performances across the continent
