Dr Mosley’s work in documentaries has won him numerous awards, including an Emmy for a BBC science documentary called The Human Face, which focused on the scientific basis behind human perception of beauty. He has also been vocal in his support for intermittent fasting diets, most notably through the 5:2 diet and The Fast 800 diet.
