Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford, who co-presented ITV’s “This Morning,” are divorcing after being married since 2010 and having one child together. A spokesperson for the couple confirmed the news, stating they “are in the process of divorcing.”
Holmes, 64, who joined GB News earlier this year, and Langsford, 64, who is a regular panel member on ITV’s “Loose Women,” first began presenting “This Morning” together in 2006 and left the show in 2021, being replaced by Dermot O’Leary and Alison Hammond.
The pair have also presented various Channel 5 programmes, including “How The Other Half Lives,” “Do The Right Thing With Eamonn And Ruth,” and “Eamonn And Ruth’s 7 Year Itch.” Furthermore, Holmes has three children from his first marriage to Gabrielle Holmes, who he married in 1985.
Holmes, who was made an OBE for services to broadcasting in the 2018 New Year Honours List, is seemingly continuing to make a name for himself in the broadcasting world. For Langsford, who has been vocal about her struggles with menopause, her next steps are uncertain.
Despite the upcoming divorce, both Holmes and Langsford are continuing their TV careers. Holmes is currently a member of GB News, and Langsford is still appearing on “Loose Women.
