Emily Blunt revealed to have suggested ‘The Office’ documentary of Jim and Pam’s relationship

According to recent reports, Emily Blunt is the mastermind behind the documentary about Jim and Pam in the US version of ‘The Office.’ Jenna Fischer, who played Pam, revealed this information on the ‘Office Ladies’ podcast hosted on May 15 that had John Krasinski, (Jim) as a featured guest. Fischer stated that Krasinski suggested the idea that would “bring (Jim and Pam) back together” as the show’s storylines ended, all thanks to his wife Emily Blunt. Fischer recounted, “I remember saying, ‘Greg [Daniels], we have to reveal what is in the teapot note before we end this show. Krasinski added, “That sounds like a Blunt idea. That sounds like Blunt genius right there. And I just stole it.” The recent announcement that a new ‘Office US’ spin-off would begin filming has created excitement from fans. While it will not be a reboot, as per previous rumours, but it will be set in the same universe as the US version of the hit show, featuring a new cast and tell its own storyline.  The production on the new series will start in July, with Domhnall Gleeson and Sabrina Impacciatore taking the lead roles.
