Travis Kelce, who is a three-time Super Bowl champion, is set to star in his first major acting role in a horror drama series called Grotesquerie. The show is produced by Ryan Murphy, who has worked on American Horror Story and Dahmer – Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story. Niecy Nash-Betts, who previously won an Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in Dahmer – Monster, announced Kelce’s involvement on her Instagram. Kelce later reposted the video, discussing how he was thrilled to step into a new world with one of the legends.

Lesley Manville, known for her work in The Crown and Phantom Thread, and Courtney B. Vance, who previously won an Emmy for his portrayal of Johnnie Cochran in The People V O.J. Simpson, will also be joining the cast. Interestingly, a common link between Kelce and Manville is Taylor Swift, as she cited Phantom Thread as the inspiration for her ‘Mastermind’ track.

Kelce previously hosted Saturday Night Live and appeared alongside Swift in one episode, as well as appearing in one episode of comedy series Moonbase 8. In addition, he co-hosts a weekly on-camera sports podcast with his brother named New Heights with Jason & Travis Kelce.
