An upcoming feature documentary about K-pop boyband ENHYPEN entitled Fanmade: ENHYPEN is currently in the works from Reese Witherspoon’s production company Hello Sunshine in partnership with Good-People. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the film will focus on the fans of ENHYPEN, putting them at the centre of the concert creation process. Specifically, the documentary will follow five female fans as they create new material with the band and encourage the fanbase to collaborate.

The film will also feature unprecedented access to the band members as they embark on their latest world tour across the USA, with the documentary culminating at their Samsung Galaxy Fanmade concert in Dallas, Texas on May 7th. Director Caroline Suh, who previously directed Blackpink: Light Up the Sky, will be directing Fanmade: ENHYPEN. An original song called Home will also be featured in the documentary.

Suh spoke about the experience of collaborating on the film and stated that everyone involved had become fans of the band during the process. She described the documentary as a chance to “explore their music through the intimate, character-driven narratives of their fans”. In related news, ENHYPEN will be releasing a brand-new special album called Memorabilia for their original webcomic Dark Moon on May 9th at 6pm KST.

Hello Sunshine has stated that the documentary will showcase how music has the power to bring people together, inspire creativity and unite fans from different parts of the world. Fanmade: ENHYPEN will aim to capture this phenomenon by following the fans of ENHYPEN as they work alongside the band to create new music and take part in collaborative projects
