Dua Lipa has given an unexpected performance in Times Square in New York City. The show was open to anyone who could attend and was announced just hours beforehand. During the opening monologue on SNL, Lipa joked about her lackluster performance at the BRIT Awards in 2018 that has become a viral meme. She also teased performing “New Rules” before saying she wouldn’t “give you nothing…tonight, I promise you I’m going to give you EVERYTHING!”
