Robert Fripp and Toyah Willcox have returned with a new Sunday Lunch video, in which they perform a rendition of Blink-182’s ‘Dammit’. The duo began recording and sharing covers of popular songs in 2020 amidst the COVID-19 lockdowns, and their Sunday Lunch videos have continued due to their great popularity. This latest performance begins with a false start followed by a spirited rendition of the Blink-182 song.

Their past covers include Michael Jackson’s ‘Give In To Me’, The Black Keys’ ‘Lonely Boy’, Bon Jovi’s ‘You Give Love A Bad Name’, Richard Berry’s ‘Have Love, Will Travel’, and the Beastie Boys’ classic ‘Fight For Your Right’. Last year, they even brought their viral lockdown concept to the live stage at Glastonbury performing David Bowie’s ‘Heroes’.

Fans of the duo should look forward to their upcoming string of live dates during the holidays as they follow up the success of their Sunday Lunch YouTube series and their critically acclaimed Tour of ’23. These live shows will kick off on December 16 at the Queens Hall in Edinburgh and continue to Sunderland, Bath, and London before concluding on December 22 at the Wulfrun Hall in Wolverhampton.

Tickets for the shows are currently available for purchase. There is even the possibility that the Sunday Lunch series might be turned into a movie or two, as a big production company has reportedly taken note of the weekly uploads. Fripp and Willcox’s viral lockdown concept did surprise them with its success, but it has provided great entertainment for their fans throughout the pandemic
