Drake’s potential diss track aimed at Lamar, ‘Push Up’ came after Lamar released a verse aimed at Drake and J. Cole in the song ‘Like That’. The song was featured on Metro Boomin and Future’s first collaborative album, We Don’t Trust You, which was released last month. While the authenticity of the leaked track has been questioned, Drake confirmed that the diss track is real through an Instagram story.
Thurman’s response came through her own Instagram story, where she posted a photo of the yellow suit and asked Drake if he needed it to which he responded with a repost, saying that he needs it and compared his lyrics to the famed samurai Hattori Hanzo. The suit has become a symbol of revenge after the Kill Bill series, which sees The Bride donning the iconic yellow outfit on her revenge mission.
The feud between Drake and Lamar may continue to heat up with Drake’s subtle digs in his leaked track. Lamar has not publicly responded to the potential diss track.
