Anime enthusiasts are in for a treat as the fourth season of the popular show “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” is set to arrive. However, the big question on everyone’s mind is when will the new episodes land on streaming services? The animation series is based on Koyoharu Gotoge’s manga work published under SHUEISHA’s JUMP COMICS. The entire series comprises 23 volumes.

Before the streaming release, Crunchyroll announced that fans would get an opportunity to watch “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – To the Hashira Training” on the big screen. The release will combine the final episode of the third season titled the “Swordsmith Village Arc” with the first episode of the fourth season known as the “Hashira Training Arc.” This release will be a cinema exclusive and promises to give fans an “extra-sized blockbuster experience.”

The release of this cinematic experience on February 23, marks the first-ever screening of the finale of the “Swordsmith Village Arc” in cinemas, combined with the first-ever showing of the “Hashira Training Arc’s” beginning. Moreover, viewers who attend the special screening at the BFI IMAX on February 25 will be treated to the presence of Natsuki Hanae, the voice actor of Tanjiro Kamado, and producer Yuma Takahashi.

However, fans are yet to know when they can watch the new material on the small screen as Crunchyroll has not given a specific date for season four’s streaming release. The streaming service has only mentioned that the season will air in Spring 2024, with many speculating that it will likely arrive in April. The first and third seasons of the show premiered during this month.

Season three’s “Swordsmith Village” arc, which concluded with chapter 127 of the manga, was the series’ previous installment. The “Hashira Training” arc, chronicling chapters 128-136 of the original publication, will continue the narrative this time around
