Christian ‘King’ Combes, the son of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, has been accused of physical and sexual assault in a new lawsuit filed in a civil court in LA on Friday (April 5). The incident is alleged to have occurred during a family holiday in 2022 on board a yacht in St Martin. The allegations claim that Sean Combs aided the assault and is named as a defendant in the lawsuit for “premises liability” as he chartered the luxury yacht. The documents accuse the rapper of “turning what was sold as a wholesome family excursion into a hedonistic environment.”
This is not the first time that Combs has faced sexual assault allegations. In February this year, he was sued by a male producer on his latest album ‘The Love Album: Off The Grid’. Rodney ‘Lil Rod’ Jones accused Combs of forcing him to have sex with prostitutes, drugging him, and threatening him for over a year. Combs’ attorney responded by calling the allegations “complete lies,” with “overwhelming, indisputable proof” to back this up.
In the latest lawsuit, Combs and his son are also criticised for their attorney for “another lewd and meritless claim from…Tyrone Blackburn…This complaint is filled with the same kind of manufactured lies and irrelevant facts we’ve come to expect…” Blackburn has been criticised by a federal judge in New York for “improperly [filing] cases in federal court to garner media attention, embarrass defendants with salacious allegations, and pressure defendants to settle quickly.”
Further allegations of rape and physical abuse towards Combs from his former partner and singer Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura emerged in 2023, causing the rapper to settle the lawsuit the next day. Since then, two women have come forward with allegations against Combs, with Combs claiming in December that all of the charges are false.
Combs’ property was recently raided by police, resulting in his lawyer describing the operation as a “witch hunt”, with authorities using “gross military-level force”. Combs was never detained, and no restrictions were placed on him or his family in terms of travel
