British trio London Grammar has revealed that they are set to release their fourth album titled ‘The Greatest Love.’ The announcement comes after the preview of the first song from the album – ‘House.’ The track is accompanied by a music video that conveys an array of human emotions. ‘House’ talks about self-boundaries, with frontwoman Hannah Reid relaying the lyrics, “This is my place, my house, my rules.”
The album is set for release in September via Ministry of Sound. The trio consisting of Reid, Dot Major and Dan Rothman, has been in the music industry for over a decade. The press statement notes, “The Greatest Love’ will see them celebrate a new chapter as they leave their past behind them and hone in on a newfound sense of freedom.”
While the exact date of release and tracklist for the album has not been confirmed, the band has made it available for preorder on their site. The band has had a busy schedule, starting with their UK tour earlier this year, and ahead are some of the biggest festival gigs, including Latitude Festival and Glastonbury 2024. The band has also recently performed with Coldplay and released a track with CamelPhat last summer.
In a previous interview, London Grammar’s Dot Major stated that while they had taken their time creating the album, they were making progress. Speaking to NME, Major said, “We’re all really excited because it’s been a little while – as it always is with us.” It seems like fans of the band have a lot to look forward to with their upcoming album ‘The Greatest Love.
