Capcom has sent out a survey to players, asking if they would be interested in purchasing downloadable content (DLC) for Dragon’s Dogma 2. Released earlier this month, the action role-playing game has already attracted criticism for including a large number of microtransactions. Fans can purchase several in-game items for physical-world money, including fast travel options, character revival tokens, and a special key that grants players a second chance if they die in the game.
The survey from Capcom asks about player interest in potential expansions for the game, along with follow-up questions about which features players would like to see and how much they would be willing to pay. In return for taking part in the survey, players receive a free wallpaper.
Capcom previously sent out another survey earlier this year, which asked about players’ interest in sequels, reboots, and new installments in some of their iconic franchises. The developer has claimed to be interested in putting together plans based on market demand.

Capcom has also released an update that makes it easier to start a new game and enables greater character customisation options. However, some players are currently experiencing issues with the Dragonsplaque, an in-game event that can wipe out entire towns if left untreated for too long.
