Singer Halsey has shared a glimpse into her studio time with musician Alex G through her social media platforms. In the clip, Alex G is seen sitting at a production desk while Halsey films him and says “Engineer Alex”. While Halsey’s 2021 album, ‘If I Can’t Have Love, I Want Power’ is her most recent work, the singer has been teasing a new era with a mysterious website that hints at her forthcoming fifth album. The website, ForMyLastTrick.com, contains a number of Easter eggs that fans have connected with the artist.

In March 2024, a fan shared the snippet of the upcoming song for Halsey’s fifth album with Alex G on Twitter. She wrote a light-hearted caption, “Back in diapers, but at least they have little bows”.
