Jack Antonoff, the lead singer of Bleachers, recently ended an interview with a Dutch news outlet after being asked about his involvement with Taylor Swift’s upcoming album. According to reports, the musician hung up on the reporter after being asked to talk about the pop icon’s new music, stating “You know I don’t talk about that. If you’re looking for clickbait, you’ve come to the wrong place. Thank you for this conversation.”
However, earlier in the interview, Antonoff did speak about his time working with Taylor Swift and Lana Del Rey, revealing that he does not see it as producing, but rather creating music with his friends. Antonoff expressed the importance of being able to listen to each other during the creative process and how the artists he works with trust that he can help them make their music better.
Antonoff previously shared insight into “The Tortured Poets Department,” declaring that he had completed work on Swift’s highly anticipated album. “The Tortured Poets Department,” set to arrive on April 19, will feature guest appearances from Post Malone and Florence + The Machine.
