Jeremy Corbyn, former leader of the Labour Party, is set to join the line-up of MCs at the HOUSE AGAINST HATE protest rave happening this weekend outside Downing Street. The anti-racism event will also feature Bimini Bon-Boulash from Drag Race, British fashion designer Katharine Hamnett, comedian and drag queen Jonny Woo, and BBC presenter Normski.
The Islington North MP is scheduled to speak at the protest rave, which will be held on March 16th from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The mobile event will begin at Downing Street and is organized as a part of the anti-racism movement.
This move comes at a time when the Black Lives Matter protests have gained immense momentum across the world, with people taking to the streets to demand fair and equal treatment for all. It shows a growing determination among people to stand up to racism in all forms, including institutionalized racism.
